Adyoulike is an SSP platform allowing content publishers on the web to market their advertising inventories. It allows, among other things, to set up placements, campaigns and track performances.

The challenge
The aging platform needed to be restructured and redesigned in order to provide an optimal experience to save time and comfort to all users.
The analysis
We started by analyzing the current user experience by conducting interviews to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the platform.
The major issues that emerged were overall a lack of uniformity between different sections, forms complexity and outdated features.

Example of disparity between forms
The solution we identified was to create a Design System to standardize the entire platform and completely review the information architecture.
The design
From there, we defined a product map and started to tackle the wireframes to validate the main lines.
The next steps consisted in creating the Design System, and then the prototypes to test the new design and the new ideas as a whole.
We then asked users to validate the design and navigation choices, which allowed us to make some final adjustments.
Developement and testing
As soon as the implementation of the new interfaces started, we carried out continuous integration tests to guarantee the quality of the product.
At each stage of development, we asked users to test the effectiveness of the improvements, and we also observed their behavior with the help of Hotjar.
In the futur, the next steps will consist in adding new features and more interactivity, while guaranteeing the consistency
and the homogeneity of the platform.
